Love the strawberry taste, very subtle. Mixes well. Highlight: it has clean ingredients with stevia for sweetness, so I know I’m putting goodness into my body. Second self is by far the nicest protein powder I have tasted. The Eton mess flavour is divine and there is no chalky aftertaste which I got from other brands I’ve tried. The added benefits from the other multiple ingredients enable be to recover faster from a weight training session easing the nasty muscle pains. I love to add to my Greek yoghurt or simply drink with milk. Some may say I am biased but as a paying customer it gets 5 stars from me 😊

I really like the protein produce. I add it to my morning yogurt with fruit and it is delicious. It mixes easily with still or sparkling water for a nutritious drink on the go. Would highly recommend.

Love it mixed with plain skyr or kefir. No chalky or cloying after taste. I usually have it when I come in from work starving. It gets me over the slump and gives me enough time to cook dinner without nibbling at biscuits and crisps.
